About Zamane
Zamane Production is an independent record label and creative production company founded by artist, musician, and producer Hicham Hamid. Built around a strong artistic and cultural vision, Zamane Production is dedicated to developing, producing, and promoting music projects rooted in Moroccan and Arab heritage while reimagining them through a contemporary, global lens.
At the heart of the label, Zamane stands as one of its flagship artist projects, embodying the label’s philosophy of blending tradition with modernity. Through compositions that fuse timeless melodies and cultural storytelling with modern genres such as EDM, disco, and hip-hop, Zamane reflects the core identity of the label: creating bridges between generations and introducing international audiences to the richness and vitality of North African and Middle Eastern musical traditions.
As a production house and label, Zamane Production supports and collaborates with a diverse roster of artists and creative projects. The label has worked with acclaimed artists including Abir El Abed, Chaama, Hind Ziadi, Laghrib, Nabil El Houri, Mawal Lotfi, and Taha Nouri.
